    • We offer standard shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping, which typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

    • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please allow additional time for orders placed during peak seasons or holidays.

  4. Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or errors resulting from incorrect address information.

  5. International Shipping:

    • At this time, we only offer shipping within the [Country/Region]. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will update you when we can offer international delivery.

  6. Issues with Your Order:

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to love your new hat! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at dchats005@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item and include the RA number inside the package.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Exchanges:

    • If you’d like to exchange your hat for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom hats are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dchats005@gmail.com for a resolution. We’ll arrange for a return and cover the shipping costs.
