RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your new hat! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at dchats005@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item and include the RA number inside the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your hat for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
